Total confusing

Hi my sister had her LVAD surgery on November 7th last Wednesday, no responce until Friday where she came out of sedation, talking almost laughing but trembling and shaking alot she recognized us her family but sort of what we thought delusional. Then the night came and she started streaming saying that she was going to die and that the doctors were the devil. They sedated her and she didn't speak all of Saturday or Sunday, she had her eyes open at times but nothing came out of her mouth. They did a Cat scan and the neorologist said they couldn't find anything. Then this morning another neorologist had another cat scan done and said she was having mini seizers. Please someone help us to understand if all of this is normal and if she will come out of this. Wendy
