Hello everyone, i am a new member of this site, a caregiver for my husband. I read a lot of useful Information, but it is all about mostly Heartmate. Is there anyone out there with a Jarvik 2000 LVAD?

How do you handle sporting events with a metal detector? I wouldn’t expect the attendants to know anything about LVADs or to be amenable to a letter about LVADs. Thoughts or experiences? Many thanks.
