Case study: DT VAD in a patient with recurrent VT?

Would your program consider placing a DT VAD in a patient with recurrent VT (has failed OMM and 4 ablations)? Have you done a patient like this before? What would you take into consideration? Can you tease how the heart failure's role in the VT?
