Formal event

We are going to a wedding soon and my guy isn't sure what to wear. How do other men with LVADs dress up for formal events? He would like to wear a suit but tucking in the shirt doesn't look right. Dress pants and shirt/tie would be appropriate but the shirt is a problem. Any suggestions of things that have worked for others? Thanks!

Thu, 05/17/2012 - 5:25PMI felt the Bosco vest not easily worn,since batteries and controller are in front of the vest it makes you feel like you are falling fowards. I wear the standard halter for the battries and a fanny pack for the controller, a jacket will hide all of this, but if someone sees this and asks say Thank God he has an LVAD
