HELLO LVAD COMMUNITY!!!!

I would like to introduce myself. I am Janice and my husband is Burrell, the LVAD recipient. He was implanted with the LVAD in August, 2013. We are excited to be able to relate to other LVADers....We are actively involved in the support groups at our hospital in Atlanta. We feel that the support group is an excellent

place to share..and keep each other encouraged. We look forward to talking with you and know that we will be able to learn a lot and share a lot...Burrell was in the hospital for three months....We have been adjusting to being home....Being a caregiver has been some experience...I think it is so important to share with others...Janice
