Participants Needed For Brief 3 Question Survey

I represent a medical research journal that collects data on medical devices for the purposes of improving quality, service and customer care.

I am looking for participants to share their experiences with LVAD devices. The survey is very brief - 3 questions - and will take a minute or two to complete. Depending on your responses you may qualify for a paid focus group which will take place on Sepetember 24th and will be conducted by conference call. The focus group will last approximately 60 minutes and participants will receive a cash honararium of $100.00 for their opinions.
