Meal Suggestions for Breakfast
Sat, 10/18/2014 - 11:35AMI have to loose weight too. I have been making breakfast shakes. 2 cups nonfat greek yogurt, 1 cup skin milk, 2 Tb sweetener and 2 cups frozen fruit. Throw it all in the blender and mix till smooth. If you divide it over 3 days in Styrofoam cups with lids, it can be a fast satisfying breakfast. Anyone have other ideas?
