Ventrassist LVAD

After a massive heart attack at the end of 2008, I was fitted with a Ventrassist LVAD in January 2009 at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle, England. Does anyone else anywhere have a Ventrassist still? Mine has functioned perfectly for the 7 years. My only problems have been with medication and the pacemaker/defibrillator that I have fitted. I would be keen to hear from anyone else who has a Ventrassist, or has experience of it.

Don't know anyone who has a Ventrassist or have experience with it, but was very glad to read your post and know that you and your device have been functioning perfectly for seven (7) years. Medications can be an easy fix and the same is true for pacemaker/defibrillator being switched out. Continue to be blessed and update this community with your progress. Good luck to you!
