Anyone with similar problems

My husband had an LVAD put in 1/21/16 didn't come home until 2/29/16, was back in the hospital 3/11/16 and had to have a new pump put in 3/13/16 because of a blood clot in the pump came home 3/24/16. He had to get a blood transfusion in May and has to get another one tomorrow because the pump is eating his red blood cells. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem with the red blood cells.
