EPIC help

We are just getting our LVAD program starting and I need some IT help!!!! They are reaching out to Epic for help but wanted me to reach out to other programs. We are working on our reporting needs and need help with how and where to capture data, associating reporting and reporting templates. Anyone have any advice, resources, screenshots??? Thank you!!
