My husband wears a canceal weapon under armour shirt to hold his batteries and I sew on a pocket in the front for his controller.  Go to Tactile Gear.com. I t does work great.

VAD Wear now has LVAD jackets and vests. Ladies options too. All have special chambers inside for left and right HeartMate 3 systems. Keeps my equipment undercover and balanced.  Easy to check batteries and controller.
